Art and Humanity Museum

ART AND HUMANITY

The Museum

The Art and Humanity Museum is designed to be a cultural institution to lead society to a higher refinement, humility, and humanity. The idea for the Museum is to provide opportunity for the people to experience and have direct contact with the best Fine Art created in this century and to present the Artists, intellectuals, thinkers, and professionals who have devoted their lives and work for Humanity, Progress, and Peace.

In the past, the purpose of the Art and Artist was to lead the people, community and world into the future, lifting the intellect and values, and reminding people of their own humanity and purpose for being on this planet.

Some time after World War II, the figurative art disappeared from the museums, galleries, art institutions, and universities in the United States and worldwide. The new corporate elite has been disinclined to accept the human presence in works of Art. It is not even the figure from which the Artists are restricted. In reality, it is often the feelings and the emotions that are largely suppressed in the Art. Why? For the simple reason that Art is powerful. Just like Music, Art can affect the emotions, trigger actions, activate the human DNA, or bring about the spiritual awakening of an individual, groups of people, or even the masses. Art is powerful. Art can move people, countries, and continents. Art can change the world for the better.

The Art and Humanity Museum is a place to remind us that we are humans, and we must respond accordingly. The work displayed at the Museum would be of the highest standards, both intellectually and artistically, and would represent the feelings and emotions of the human being. The Museum would have both permanent collections and traveling exhibitions. The Art would include Paintings and Sculptures in various mediums, Works on Paper, as well as Music and Literature, with themes focused on humanity and the betterment of humankind.

The Museum shall be self-sufficient and self-supporting. The location or setting of the Museum ideally would house the main Museum building, which would include an outside symphony hall and museum gardens with waterfalls, water walkways, and sculptures. The grounds will have spiritual buildings and an artistic village, with working studios for visiting Artists and craftsmen in residence. If applicable, it would include a mini runway for small planes or jets. The Museum will be a place for intellectual growth, where Humanitarian Fine Art will find its resting home and will be available for the people to experience and feel its benefit.
